Highlands Theatre Group Inc leases and manages Welby Hall from Wingecarribee Shire Council as a Performing Arts Rehearsal and Community Health Space. It is available to hire by the community for low impact events sympathetic to this usage.

Terms & Conditions
- All bookings are subject to availability and appropriate use and must be approved in writing by Highlands Theatre Group
- Businesses must hold their own Public Liability Insurance Policy, which must be supplied before the booking can be confirmed
- An invoice will be issued to be paid via direct deposit or credit card
- Hirers will be supplied with a key and will be required to pay a deposit against loss of the key
- New hirers are required to lodge a $250 bond, refunded upon inspection of the hall after use
- Any damage caused by the hirer through careless or wilful misuse is to be paid for by the hirer
- Users must leave the premises clean and tidy. If additional cleaning is required this will be taken from the user’s bond
